Di Camila "Crimson" Phelps

Aristocrat Leisure Limited (AGT) declared today that Harald Neumann has agreed to become Chief Executive Officer, starting right away.

Additionally, the firm has named David Bollesen as its incoming Chief Product Officer (CPO), commencing on October 7, 2021.

Neumann will earn an annual compensation of AUD 600,000, encompassing accommodation, a vehicle stipend, and retirement provisions as per Australian regulations. The Board will assess his term yearly, and either side can end the agreement with six months’ advance notice. The organization can terminate the agreement promptly in instances of a significant violation.

Bollesen possesses over 25 years of expertise within the digital entertainment sector and will oversee Aristocrat’s worldwide game creation groups. Before joining AGT, he served as Vice President of Game Studios at a prominent Australian gaming enterprise and held various senior roles in the United States.

“We eagerly anticipate David’s arrival and his leadership in the triumphant introduction of Aristocrat’s upcoming product generation,” stated Danny Gladstone, Chairman of Aristocrat. “David has spearheaded and contributed to the development of numerous video game and slot machine offerings with exceptional achievements.”

Bollesen will be stationed at the group’s Sydney central office, where he will be tasked with propelling game performance and market share expansion across all territories, building upon the foundation of the current game studios.

We cant simply depend on past successes,” Bollesen emphasized. “The Ainsworth name is powerful, certainly, but we must continue progressing with captivating new offerings while remaining faithful to the foundation of our achievements. Achieving that equilibrium unlocks boundless potential.”
