Bragg Gaming COO Lara Falzon Steps Down After Period of Substantial Growth

Bragg Gaming’s President and Chief Operating Officer, Lara Falzon, will be departing from her position. Joining the firm in the beginning of 2021, her official exit is scheduled for December 31st of this year.

While she will no longer be with Bragg Gaming, a top iGaming technology supplier for both virtual and brick-and-mortar casinos, Falzon will stay engaged in daily activities until the year’s end. Bragg Gaming is recognized for its internal game developers like Spin Games and Atomic Slot Lab, creating a wide array of games utilizing Bragg’s technology, including their player account management system, Bragg PAM. The organization is also acknowledged for its robust collaborations with industry giants like Entain and BetMGM.

Falzon contributed over 15 years of expertise in management and executive positions to Bragg Gaming, notably a three-year period as CFO of Red Tiger Gaming. Looking back at her time at Bragg, she conveyed satisfaction in participating in the company’s evolution during a phase of substantial expansion, for which she assisted in establishing the groundwork. Bragg experienced a substantial 71% surge in adjusted EBITDA in the third quarter of 2022 when measured against the corresponding timeframe the previous year. This remarkable expansion coincided with an 8% rise in revenue on a year-over-year basis.
