The digital entertainment and media powerhouse, Azerion, has been on an acquisition spree, acquiring numerous firms for a total of €12 million (approximately $11.7 million). One notable purchase is Vlyby, a German enterprise renowned for its cutting-edge programmatic video advertising and self-service publisher platforms.

However, there’s more! Azerion also secured advantageous agreements in Italy and France, enhancing their capacity to assist digital content creators in maximizing revenue from their work. These strategic moves have already yielded substantial returns, generating a respectable €14 million in 2021.

Evidently, Azerion is employing a long-term strategy, utilizing a combination of financial resources and company stock to finalize these transactions. Their aspirations are also evident. Atilla Aytekin, the company’s co-CEO, views these acquisitions as catalysts for Azerion’s expansion, making their platform even more enticing to both clientele and collaborators.

This is not merely an isolated spending frenzy. Recall their collaboration with MediaMath in January 2022? Their objective? To disrupt the gaming industry with the same level of advertising innovation that Walmart and Amazon brought to the retail sector. Undoubtedly, Azerion is a force to be reckoned with in the dynamic realm of digital media.

This agreement enables companies and marketing firms to access Azerion’s user base via MediaMath’s autonomous system and Azerion’s internal network.

Established in 2014 by a pair of Dutch businesspeople, Azerion is a publicly listed company on the Euronext Amsterdam stock exchange.
